About these terms
These terms govern your use of this pre-launch website for AVA and AVA Care. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
AVA is currently a project name. Details of the formal operating entity will be added before any commercial launch or binding customer agreement.
A product in development
The site describes product concepts, intended capabilities and possible pricing or deployment models. AVA and AVA Care are in development. Hardware, software, AI behaviour, availability, specifications, safety features, integrations, price and launch timing may change or may not be released.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a promise of availability or a guarantee that a feature will perform in a particular way.
Not medical or emergency advice
The website and product descriptions are general information only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, a regulated care plan or a substitute for professional judgement.
AVA is not currently presented as an emergency service or a clinically validated medical device. Do not rely on this website or any described future feature in an emergency. Contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional.
Waitlist and research
Joining the waitlist does not require payment and does not create a purchase contract, reservation, ownership interest or guaranteed priority. Any referral milestones, prototype invitations or founding-community labels are discretionary, non-transferable and may change as the programme develops.
Research invitations are optional. We may limit, change or close the waitlist and research programme at any time.
Enterprise enquiries and pilots
An AVA Care enquiry starts a conversation only. Descriptions of pilots, deployment phases, integrations, governance or outcomes are illustrative and non-binding. Any pilot or commercial relationship will require separate written terms, appropriate assessment and agreement on responsibilities, data protection, safety and procurement.
Acceptable use
You may use the site only lawfully. You must not attempt to disrupt it, bypass security, introduce malicious code, scrape at unreasonable volume, submit information you are not entitled to share, impersonate another person or use the forms for spam or harassment.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping referral links you choose to share appropriate and lawful.
Intellectual property
The site, AVA name and word mark, designs, copy, images, product concepts, interfaces and code are owned by or licensed to the AVA project team unless stated otherwise. You may view the site for personal or internal business evaluation, but may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit its content without prior written permission.
Availability and links
We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing in these terms affects mandatory consumer rights.
Subject to those protections, this free pre-launch site is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not responsible for losses caused by relying on concept information as if it were a released product commitment, or for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the site.

Our Privacy notice explains how we handle personal information submitted through this site. Please read it before using either form.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms as the site or project develops. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live, and you may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.
